Love doesn't make the world go 'round.
Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.
-- Franklin P. Jones
Across the Universe two hearts met, they talked, they laughed, they held hands, they hugged, they kissed, they both fell in love.

Across the Universe, these same two hearts now love each other, a love that's true, a love that's good, a love that's warm.

Our wedding day was Saturday, May 19th at Traditions Golf Club in Wallingford, CT.
Everything went smoothly and turned out wonderful. The rain held off, the sky was overcast but we were all warm inside. I think the overcast sky actually helped with the picture taking since we were married there in front of a huge window. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. The food was good, the wine was wonderful, the staff was excellent and there for us with whatever we needed. We were so blessed to have our friends and family with us on our wedding day. Reverend Dean Warburton performed an absolutely beautiful ceremony for us and we are ever so thankful for how nice it all turned out.

Honeymoon news:

Spent a wonderful 11 days in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos at the Royal West Indies Resort. What a wonderful place. If you want to see the pictures click here. The best thing of all was the photo shoot we had with Tropical Imaging at the resort and on the beach. We wanted some memorable pictures and we got them! Anita was wonderful and took some excellent photos. We can't thank them enough and the weather held out and we had a nice sunny hour and a half before the beautiful sunset.

Here are a couple of the pictures that Anita from Tropical Imaging took of us. The one on the left is on the little bridge over the pool at Royal West Indies Resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicosand the one of the right is in front of RWI heading towards Grace Bay Club on Grace Bay .

Blessing of the Apaches

Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter for the other. Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other. Now there will be no loneliness, for each of you will be companion to the other. Now you are two persons, but there is only one life before you. May beauty surround you both in the journey ahead and through all the years, May happiness be your companion and your days together be good and long upon the earth.

"Treat yourselves and each other with respect, and remind yourselves often of what brought you together. Give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness and kindness that your connection deserves. When frustration, difficult and fear assail your relationship - as they threaten all relationships at one time or another - remember to focus on what is right between you, not only the part which seems wrong. In this way, you can ride out the storms when clouds hide the face of the sun in your lives - remembering that even if you lose sight of it for a moment, the sun is still there. And if each of you takes responsibility for the quality of your life together, it will be marked by abundance and delight."
